We understand that issues may occasionally arise with your order, and we aim to make the return and refund process as simple and hassle-free as possible for our customers.

Order Modifications

Please note that once your order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. However, you can modify the shipping address within 5-10 hours after your purchase. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 60-day return policy for our customers from the day they receive their item. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you wish to request a replacement or refund, please contact us at helptheLunchBuddy@gmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, we guarantee a free replacement or refund. Please contact us at help SenoraLove@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item(s) and packaging.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with your replacement or refund. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit once they are in the hands of the carrier.
